The Semieta Go app allows mobile device users to identify their phone’s unique ID number and inform their Semieta admin users to add this to their profile, allowing their phone to be used as an access control token.

When installed, you will see the following screen:

NB - The names of the readers may or may not appear on this screen, depending upon your proximity to the readers when using the app, and the names of the readers will be different to those above.
To find your Phone ID (on both device types) :
1. Click on the 'Settings' cog icon in the top right-hand corner. You will see screens like the below:

NB - With Apple devices, currently the ID displays with commas in. Please ignore these when sending to your Semieta team (if manually informing them).
2. Click on 'Send Email' and select your mail app (if not already defaulted to) and enter the email address that you have been given to send the ID to. You should see the device ID in the content of the email.
3. Send the email and wait to hear confirmation that your ID has been added to Semieta before attempting to use your phone to open an authorised door.
