Within Semieta, you are able to delete data from the database en masse using the 'Data Management feature in the 'Options' Menu. Please be aware that this will remove data permanently from the system from the following database tables:
- Visitors
- VisitorsPicture
- Visits
- VisitsBooked
- AC_Queue
- AC_Events
- AC_AlertableEventReceived
- AC_RawData
- COMM_WebEvents
- AssignedKeys
- UserLogs
- CompanyDocuments
- SMSNotifications
- DayEvents
Instructions:
When logged into Semieta, click on 'Menu' in the top-left of the application.
- At the bottom left of the page, click on 'Options' which should bring up the following new window:
3. Click on 'Data Management' (as highlighted above) and the following tab will display:
4. Select either 'Remove data before this date' or 'Remove data older than this' and then select either the date you would like from the top option or the number of years from the bottom option.
5. Click 'Purge old data' when you are complete. This will bring up the following warning message:
6. Click 'Yes' to proceed or 'No' to discontinue the operation and re-select the options.
7. If you clicked 'Yes', the following message will appear once the operation has performed to inform you of the results:
8. Click 'OK' and close the 'Options' window to continue using Semieta normally.
