If you have Semieta Software Suite version 300, or later, then you will have our new feature Multi-Card.

Multi-Card is a feature that allows an individual to have multiple cards or access tokens associated with them. They could have different types of access tokens, e.g. Cards, phone, fobs etc.
This will also allow for better data management, as duplicate records no longer need to be created when someone has more than one access card (or other access token).
The main visual and set-up difference from previous Semieta versions is that Token details and Access Gropu is now split into two tabs. Please follow the setup below to use this feature.
Setting up Multi-Card
- Navigate to a person's profile. In the example below: Reception Management > Visitors > ‘Test Visitor. Create the individual, ensuring all required fields are completed.
- Navigate to Access Control Tokens. Here you will be able to see all tokens that are attributed to this individual:
- Select Add:
- In the drop-down menu, select the token type you wish to add:
- In Token Value enter relevant value. This will generate the System Access Number automatically for you. Please press OK and then Save. Repeat for any additional tokens that you might require.
N.B. If you need any help in identifying what the value is, please log a ticket with Semieta Support and we will aid you in this.
- Then navigate to the next tab along, Access Control Groups. Here you can determine the access that this individual is granted.
- Press Save & Close. This will then add the newly created individual and tokens to the system.
