It is helpful to know which version of Semieta you are on, mainly so that the support team can help provide answers to queries and questions accurately, but also for checking articles on the Zendesk that apply to you and the version you are on.
To check your version number, follow the below instructions:
1. When logged into Semieta, click on 'Menu' in the top left-hand corner.
2. Underneath the Semieta logo, the registration details there is a section called 'About Semieta Software Suite'. Under there, it lists the version number you are on (example below):
The last three digits are the important ones. If your version ends with anything other than '3XX', you are on our 'single card' version of Semieta (say, .282) but for all beginning with '3XX' it will be our 'multicard' version. This is significant because of the way that the system deals with 'cards' (single card) or 'tokens' (multicard).
Please check the Zendesk articles carefully for reference to 'single card' or 'multicard' versions. Some articles will be marked as for both versions.
