If you have a Visitor Badge (Visitor.crd) listed as the 'Badge Style' for a Staff Member, Visitor, Contractor or Hotel Guest (more likely this is a Visitor) then you will be unable to print that badge without a small change to the badge template.
To do this, you will need to open up the Badge editor (if you are not logged in as an administrator, this may not be available to you).
1. When logged into Semieta, click on 'Administration' at the top.
2. Click on 'Badges' in the top ribbon (4th from the left).
3. Click on 'Visitor.crd' and then 'Open in Designer' at the bottom.
4. When this window appears, you will see the badge design:
5. Click on 'Layout' at the bottom (highlighted in yellow) and the view should change to the below. Right-click on the 'CardNumber' box and select 'Delete' from the menu:
6. Save the badge template by clicking the 'Save' icon in the top-left, then close the designer and return to the visit record.
7. You should now be able to print your visitor pass!
