Replace all information in the controllers (Replace All Card Holders)

How to Replace all Card Holders

1. Open Semieta Software Suite and login.
2. Click on the ‘Access Control’ tab at the top of the main page.
3. Click on ‘Controllers’:

4. Select the controller where the parameters need to be sent by clicking on them. They should then be highlighted. You can do this for multiple controllers by selecting each controller, in turn (not at the same time).
5. At the bottom of the ‘Manage Controllers’ window, you will see the following section ‘Send Commands To Controllers’:

6. To clear the memory and re-send all the information (i.e. to delete all redundant data and refresh the cardholders), the order of clicking the buttons should be:

     1. 'Format Controller RAM'

     2. 'Send Controller Parameters'

     3. 'Send Date and Time'

     4. 'Send Time Schedules'

     5. 'Replace All Groups / Cards'

(Note: unless a controller has been clicked, the commands above will be greyed out. You can also select multiple controllers by clicking on them to highlight them in blue and pressing the SHIFT button on your keyboard when clicking on another.)

7. Click on ‘Close’ in the bottom right-hand of the screen and the changes will have taken effect.
