In this article we will show you how to add a new guest via the 'RemoteKey' module. Please follow the below steps to add a new booked guest in.
1. Log into Semieta and click on the 'Access Control' tab.
2. Click on 'RemoteKey on the top ribbon (the last icon on the right). This should open the following window:
3. Enter the details for the guest, starting with the First Name and Last Name. If either of these fields are left blank, the record won't be able to be saved.
4. Enter the guest's 'Valid from' and 'Valid To' dates. This will determine their access times for their room and any other doors on the access group you will be assigning them to (Main entrance, Reception etc.)
5. Chose a 4 or 6 digit code for the guest.
6. Click the drop-down for the Room that they will be staying in. This is the access group that the PIN will be valid for and the doors for this will already be set in the access control group.
7. Click 'Save and Close' at the bottom of the screen. The system will send the PIN code to the door controller for access to be granted on the days and times specified.
