These instructions are designed for someone using Semieta to input a Phone ID to someone's profile. You must have already been sent the user's ID from their Semieta Go app via email.
Once you have received the ID from a new phone user, follow the below steps to add to their profile:
1. Click on 'Staff' and find the person's record in the system.
2. Open their record and click on the 'Access Control Tokens' tab at the top of the window:
3. Click 'Add' in the bottom left-hand corner to bring up the 'Add/Edit Access Token' window:
4. Select the Token Type from the drop-down list. Use 'Phone ID' for Android and 'iPhone ID' for Apple devices:
5. Enter the ID from their phone into the 'Token Value' box.
6. Click 'OK' at the bottom to enter the token. The window will close and you will see their new token listed (NB - they will probably have more than one token listed here if they already have a card/fob):
7. Click 'Save and Close' to save the record.
The person's phone ID will now have been added to the system. Their access rights for their mobile device will be the same as that allocated to them for their physical card or fob.
